NASHVILLE, TENN. – Wrapping the era of music that catapulted his rise to stardom, country trendsetter ERNEST preserves his iconic FLOWER SHOPS era today with the release of the live performance audio from his acclaimed Salvage Sessions and Circle Sessions on ERNEST & The Fellas Unplugged, available now across streaming services and as a limited release double-sided vinyl.
Credited for “leading the charge toward real country music” (Saving Country Music), the abundant collection of fan favorites includes nine co-penned tracks by the 8X chart-topping songwriter and a nod to one of his favorite artists, putting a “country twang and twist” (American Songwriter) on John Mayer‘s “Slow Dancing In A Burning Room.”
From the heart-wrenching “What Have I Got To Lose” that “stands toe-to-toe with the genre’s greatest heartbreak hits of all time” (Taste of Country), to the nursey rhyme-like “Miss That Girl” that “displays his witty wordplay and ear-grabbing grit, his two undeniable gifts that transfixed the country community” (CMT), the live collection shows the breadth of ERNEST’s knack for storytelling.
